Cigarettes , cigars, and pipe are made from dried tobacco leaves. Smoking these  tobacco products produces tobacco smoke which is made of more than 7000 chemicals, a majority of which are known to cause cancer.

Cigarette smoking is a toxic and carcinogenic mixture of more than 7,000 chemicals which badly affect the body. Among these substances, cigarette contains over 250 toxic substances and 70 carcinogens – substances that promote cancer formation such as acetaldehyde, aromatic amines, arsenic, benzene and formaldehyde.

2.Tobacco an issue?

Smoking causes cancer, heart disease, stroke, lung diseases, type 2 diabetes, and other chronic health conditions. The impact also extends beyond the person who smokes. For example, smoking during pregnancy increases the risk of premature birth (being born too early) and sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS).

Smoking accelerates ageing of the brain. If you smoke, quit. Partial reversal of the damage to the brain caused by smoking can occur after quitting but it's a long process, so don't delay quitting. Brain ageing doesn't suddenly start happening at a given age.
